A favourite movie of Elliot’s is Wall-E, which he has (appropriately) re-named ‘Wall-E and Eva’. It’s a pretty perfect film for little ones because the first half has almost no dialogue in it, and though there are all kinds of layers to the narrative (good for parents who are watching!), they can still follow the storyline. To our surprise, Elliot started singing the song from the credits after the very first time he watched the film and it continues to be a favourite.
When we were looking for pictures of EVE on the internet to use to make his birthday cake this year, he requested that for craft we make a robot like Wall-E as well.
