I would recommend Mission of Hope – a long standing Christian mission that has quickly allocated funds to help folks. They have already served 2 million meals since the earthquake and their medical center has been going non-stop for two weeks now. The UN set up some of their medical operations on MOH’s property because it is such a good and accessible location.
